Mortgage Purchase

The Challenge

Client introduced via a property developer to find a
house purchase including development capital. The
client owned his own business and had not taken a
large income due to lack of need and tax impact to
him personally. This caused him problems on gaining
finance as he does not match normal bank criteria in
income multiple borrowing.

The Solution

We discussed requirement with a city centre based
private bank who looked at the clients overall assett base
and access to capital.

The Results

Agreement was made to acquire land and provide
staged development finance on overall lend of £2.7m
at a rate of 3.1%
